Velcro strap holds it well. Ensures the healing bones are not stressed when walking. Easy to put on and to take off as well as to wash.

Great boot not to bulky to wear.. foot gets very hot inside and when walking outside since it was winter I had surgery my foot was very cold.. Velcro straps are very sturdy and stay closed
