The boot is well made and would have been better a size smaller. My size 9 foot is narrow and heal narrow. I had to wear bulky socks and a slipper to properly fit. The bandages were not bulky so there was excessive room in the boot including length.

I have been wearing this shoe 24/7 since my surgery 2 weeks ago. It is very supportive, comfortable, easy to get on and off, and makes room for different zones of swelling. Ugly as sin with a dress but functional nonetheless. Maybe if it came in pinks or blues it might be better? Rose gold would be best.

Although it was a little large, due to having a size 11 foot because of the tumor, it did the job it was designed for. It protected the sole of my foot, and cushioned my foot enough to allow it to heal properly.
