It was to large for my tub. Not returnable. Given to charity

Sorry to see this 2 star review. Never our goal. I am glad you were able to donate the product to charity. We were actually aware that you had fit issues and provided you with a smaller product. Since these items were paid for by provincial funding they are not refundable. Sending them back to us sadly would have landed them in landfill so we are pleased to hear you were able to find a new home for them!
