Good but can be painful when standing

This does a good job keeping your leg straight and prevents you from bending you knee, especially in your sleep. However it really pulls down on your leg when you're standing and that caused a lot of pain for me. I found that wearing shorts or pants that the immobilizer can grip helps stop some of the drag on the leg and reduce the pain.

The immobilized brace effectively kept my leg and knee straight after my arthroscopic surgery, allowing the knee and ligaments to heal effectively.
