Stopped taking it

I wish I had only bought one package to try it before buying the second -especially with no returns.
I don’t have a baseline previous operation to see if it helped with my healing but I wouldn’t use this again. The flavor is not pleasant , no matter how I mixed it the product was still grainy and the worst was how loose it made the bowels.

This product is the best.I highly recommended it.It help me alot to heal so fast from my surgery. I will buy it again if I need it in the future.
