For hip and knee surgery your device will be delivered prior to surgery and it is advised that you bring the device with you to the hospital on your day of surgery. For foot and ankle surgery your delivery date will be based on the date your cast is to be removed.

Machine was amazing and customer service was fantastic!
It was a pain having to have ice readily available all the time and we have an ice maker on our fridge but still ended up having to buy ice. I was disappointed to have to spend so much money on the rental. The machine did work well.

Machine is easy to use and I found one bag of ice lasted three sessions. Reduced the swelling better than anything I've used in the past, however it's not cheap, and not covered by OHIP or my insurance. It's overpriced as a rental in my opinion.
A 2 week rental of the Game Ready system costs as much as purchasing another brand of the same type of machine. Not sure why, but my foot started peeling chunks (not exaggerating) of skin about a week after I stopped using the machine as well.
